Is there a Tattersalls results archive dating back 22 years in Australia?

My father found an old ticket given to him at his 50th birthday titled "Tattersalls Sweep Consultation" and wanted to check if it is a winning ticket. I have checked out the net but haven't come up with anything, maybe not searching properly. It's a $25,000 prize, who knows, it could be a winner! Any suggestions?

Yes - but you need to contact the body that governs lotteries in your state (ie Golden Casket in Queensland, NSW Lotteries).
