Question:
Can somebody use dowsing to find the winning lottery numbers for me?

If 2 people give me the same numbers, I'll buy a lottery ticket... pm me if you want to do this.

Alright nobody's answering my question so I think I should give you instructions... you write the numbers
1-35?, cut them into little squares, turn them upside down and shuffle them, then you swing the pendelum over the numbers, back and forth, if the pendelum rotates at any particular number, you take the number out of the pile... Then after that, you use the pendelum to find the order of the numbers... then flip them over and those are your 6 winning lottery numbers. To get this you have to be a) devoutly religious or b) extremely pagan, or c) not initiated at all into either of these groups.

You may know that the concept of dowsing, at least to find water, has been thoroughly tested, in careful double-blind studies, and found to be no better than random. How those studies were set up is quite interesting ... but I digress.

OK, here are the numbers I got by dowsing:

14 22 7 38 31 18 There you go!!

I should explain that when I say "by dowsing" I do not mean that I actually put numbers on paper squares and used a pendulum. I used a technique I call "virtual dowsing" (TM). Some people might call this "guessing", but what do they know??

Nevertheless, I can pretty much guarantee that these numbers will come up. Maybe not tomorrow, true; but eventually, if you play them long enough, those actual numbers (or similar ones) will win.

Do you know what your odds are of winning with any particular set of numbers on any particular lottery? Perhaps you don't care, you just want to have fun. That's cool.

"The Lottery" has been defined as: "A tax on people who are bad at Math".

So at this point, you have a choice. You can start thinking critically about those odds ....

or you can pay your taxes :)

If you decide to play those numbers, I sincerely wish you good luck!!

(And, um ... if you do win, let me know what my cut is! I think 25% is fair, don't you?)

I'm devoutly religious, extremely pagan and initiated into those groups but I've tried anyway. Brother Pendoolum didn't tell me the lottery numbers. Maybe I'm not as initiated as I pretended to be. No, I must be initiated because it didn't give the lottery numbers and you said I mustn't be.

But I only tried it metaphorically. Making all those slips of paper would have been a lot of trouble for an anonymous stranger. I wouldn't lift a finger for an anonymous stranger to put it out if his/her hair was on fire.

I tried it with 26 letter instead. I labeled the letters A through Z.

After 9 times, the pendulum stopped mid-swing! FREAKY, man!!!

The first letter was "I". The next, "G". Then it was an "N" followed by an "O". Next came an "R". After that was an "A". Then there was an "M" followed quickly by a "U" . One last swing of the pendulum produced an "S".

I don't know what it means! Maybe it's trying to send you a message.

Nonsensical procedures are a great way to lose all of your money at any given time.
