Multi table Poker is nothing but the game of playing the online Poker sitting in a multi table. In this kind of gaming, one could able to win lots of money, comprising the entire amount from the multi tables. But you need to be very careful, while in some cases, all the multi tables may loss you too much.

Either of the previous answers are right, depending on what context you mean. I do take exception as to the comment about some people playing 20-30 (or more) tables simultaneously - frankly I very much doubt few (if any) play at those levels. Not only would this require significant technical investment (multiple networked PCs and/or multiple screens), but being able to competently play that many tables at once is unlikely...one of the important skills is watching your opponents play patterns to pick up possible tells. I would be very surprised to find anyone who regularly plays more than 10-15 tables at once (and does it well) unless they are using play bots (which most sites ban)...I usually can only handle 5-6 at the same time tops (and prefer to top out at 3-4).

Multitabling in online poker is simply when you pull up more than one table at the same time and play them simultaneously. This is to increase the speed at which you play and make (or lose) money. Some people play 20-30 tables at once, some people probably more.

if you mean multi table tournaments that is simply a tournament with more than 1 table in play. if you mean multi tabling that is someone playing multiple tables at once
