it is like 2 hands poker, which using 7 cards, it is pure luck game,

why skilled player has advantage

If it's poker you can never tell that it is a game of pure luck, or game of chance. It just happen that your opponent is much smarter and much luckier that is why they are winning against you.

Because it's not 100% luck, there is some skill in it (maybe not much but some). There are some right/wrong decisions to be made, therefore there is skill.



(You even used the phrase "skilled player", which is a contradiction of "pure luck game".)
