Actually - There is a way you could 'owe' them money. If you set up IGM-PAY, it is possible to take money out of an account and blow it all before it is taken from the account.



So...



If you've linked to a bank account, have $0.00 in that bank account and transfer $300.00 to PP and lose it, they will hold your account at a negative balance.



I think there is NO danger here, question asker, as their product is illegal in the US. They are not going to come after anyone in this situation.

There's no way that you actually ran up a debt on Party Poker. Why don't you post another question here that explains why you think that you owe them money.

You can open a money account on there too. They hook people will "free" play but after a while people get ego boosts from winning for free, put money into an account, and come across some guy with $6000 in chips and blows them out of the water. They couldnt make money if everyone played for free.



They log your IP. Who knows..

If you don't pay a civil demand, they can press charges on you for the theft.... and they will. You will end up going to court... possibly twice, once for the theft, and a second time for the civil demand as it costs the company money when you steal, and not just the value of the item. Pay it, or else face more trouble and more fines and time in court.
